Individual Involuntary Arrangement (IVA)

With an IVA you will have one monthly payment that you can afford rather than having to struggle to make individual payments to creditors each month.  We instruct our appointed insolvency practitioner to work on your behalf to contact all those companies (creditors) to whom you owe money and provide information to them about your circumstances and why you are unable to afford the current monthly payment. Simple administration with one single repayment.

Budgeting Service

It may be that arrangements with your creditors are not required, you may just need your hand holding to help you look at your financial arrangements to arrange an efficient plan to keep you on top of your money.  Our specialist budgeting adviser will meet with you to make the changes that fit your requirements to get you back on the straight and narrow.
